  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Gift wrap products cannot be returned if they have been opened, crushed, cut, torn, or damaged in any way.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for another design of equal value.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Is your wrapping paper eco-friendly?

Yes! Our gift wrap is thoughtfully designed with both style and sustainability in mind. Each sheet measures 29″ × 20″ and is made from durable 70# uncoated text stock with a soft matte finish. The paper is printed on one side with a clean white reverse and comes in a set of five sheets, with each sheet customizable separately.

We take eco-responsibility seriously—our eco-friendly product collection consists of items made from at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or a blend of both. To ensure authenticity, we only work with suppliers who provide valid certifications:

  • Organic content is verified with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or OCS (Organic Content Standard) certificates.
  • Recycled content is verified with GRS (Global Recycled Standard) or RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) certificates.

All materials are sourced from the United States, reducing transportation impact, and helping us keep production closer to home.
